That's exactly right. These clueless SJWs keep saying "systemic racism", but nobody will give any concrete examples of what they're trying to claim. Even the mayor, council members, BLM, Urban Decay League and the rest of them haven't really explained what they actually consider to be "systemic racism." If a white perpetrator gets convicted of armed robbery and gets five years in prison, that would be typical for the situation. If a black perpetrator gets convicted of armed robbery and also gets five years in prison... "systemic racism?" I've also heard JCPS school board members talk about "systemic racism" regarding the achievement gap in student performance. If a black child decides not to pay attention in class, refuses to do their homework, doesn't study for important tests and earns failing scores, mom and dad refuse to attend parent-teacher meetings when requested, and then the child ends up having to repeat the same grade over again the next school year.. let me guess, "systemic racism?" Some people like to preach about equal opportunity, but never want to talk about EQUAL RESPONSIBILITY.
