Louisville Metro isn't even a city. It's a glorified county government by another name. Merger just got rid of the old city. The small cities still exist and are taking massive amounts of business away from downtown. There won't be anything left downtown but a few woke progressive-owned book stores or cafes and the hospitals by the time it's over. The department tried to make downtown safe enough for commerce, but the west end crime zone has expanded into downtown along with the protests. It's a
