Metro Council is nothing more than 26 first-time politicians and neighborhood representatives. A police officer's reasonable use of force is still protected by KRS, so I wouldn't worry too much about a metro ordinance that tries to limit your ability to defend yourself from imminent physical harm being threatened or committed by someone assaulting you.
