68 arrested as protesters march to Churchill Downs, Cardinal Stadium

A week of uncontrolled rioting could be blamed on agencies being unprepared. 90 days means one thing. They allowed it to happen and are de-facto facilitators or co-conspirators. It opens the jurisdiction up to a broad range of liability in civil court even if nobody can be convicted of a crime. It also makes it very hard to prosecute those who get put into bad situations due to lack of control of the streets, like rioters charging at a juvenile with a rifle.

The 17 year old charged in Kenosha, WI will walk free if he gets in front of a jury. Similar cases in New Mexico, Florida and Missouri all got the same not guilty verdict. When a mob, or even an individual, decides to charge someone with a gun, and they get shot in the process, juries never convict. The fact the people coming at him were participating in a violent riot and looting makes it even more impossible.

They should definitely look into how a juvenile happened to get his hands on a rifle and travelled to a riot in another state. That's nearly as insane as all these juveniles setting buildings on fire and perpetrating heinous violence on store owners in the name of social justice and racial equality.
