They have the right to remain silent, but the Metro Council has the power to restructure LMPD and withhold money from LMPD as they stay silent. The ball is in the Metro Council's court now. The Republicans have decided it's time to take action. The Democrats are still trying to delay or derail anything from being done, since Fischer is their guy and part of their club. If the people of Louisville want to improve how LMPD performs its duties, then they can simply stop voting for the same old corrupted
