If Louisville Metro were so sinister as to hire a professional public relations consultant and ask them to come up with a plan to distract the majority from a corrupt investigation of an unjustified shooting, they could not possibly top BLM and NFAC activities to date. Nothing takes the white majority's mind off of corruption and unlawful activity like violence, watching people be accosted in traffic or on the street, or threats to burn down the city.
