Few officers are going to talk to PSU or any of the other 3-letter office dwellers after that. Nobody in charge has any legitimacy. They are frauds and liars and must resign or deal with the consequences of having a department that will routinely ignore their orders. They know they can't fire anyone because the numbers are 400 below what's required to police a city of this size.
