There is a time and place for everything. The time for police putting all these black street trash and crazy white people in prison was months ago. People now know police can't be relied on for these situations. Maybe it's not their fault. Your average street thug from the ghetto doesn't care about the justice the courts hand out. Their brains are half gone from the drugs. Sometimes it takes a village to give a well deserved beat down that they may still care about. Civilization wasn't built by the people in offices.
