It's logical to assume that the NFAC intends to carry out their threat to light the city on fire, including residential areas. It's equally logical assume that when they do, there will be widespread retaliation by opposing groups against the NFAC and anyone perceived to be assisting them.

Life isn't a 1-way street. The people in charge are obviously smart enough to realize that and yet they do nothing to stop any of it. They sit back and let it all happen. History isn't kind to incompetent fools or cowards.
