That is an excellent point to make. No experience handling a homicide case yet now investigating one????? Seelye is a good person but had no business on such a serious case. Then they send her to the grand jury with half azz information???? The whole case is an epic fail as the delay in info being provided and then dumping it on the AG makes it look like a cover up whether there was one of not. Oh wait, there is a cover up on the Mayor and the chiefs office as they had to hide the concerted economic
