It's possible the naive white liberals of 1968 didn't know they were creating rules that would make poor people not stay married. There's no chance that remained the situation 10 or 20 years later or today. They created this permanent underclass for a reason and that was to stay broke, angry and voting democrat. You will not find another demographic anywhere who votes democrat anywhere nearly as consistently as the urban black people vote democrat. White democrats used to keep them obedient whips and now they keep them in line with race baiting and free money. If you say this to their face, they will either punch you or call you an uncle tom, because the truth hurts and deep down they know it's the truth.
