Officers should make sure they charge them properly. None of that milquetoast disorderly conduct charge bullsh-t that allows them to walk free easily.

513.020 Arson in the first degree. (1) A person is guilty of arson in the first degree when, with intent to destroy or damage a building, he starts a fire or causes an explosion, and; (a) The building is inhabited or occupied or the person has reason to believe the building may be inhabited or occupied; or (b) Any other person sustains serious physical injury as a result of the fire or

explosion or the firefighting as a result thereof. (2) Arson in the first degree is a Class A felony.

525.020 Riot in the first degree. (1) A person is guilty of riot in the first degree when: (a) He knowingly participates in a riot; and (b) In the course of and as a result of such riot a person other than one (1) of the participants suffers physical injury or substantial property damage occurs. (2) Riot in the first degree is a Class D felony.

525.030 - Riot in the second degree (1) A person is guilty of riot in the second degree when he knowingly participates in a riot. (2) Riot in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor.

508.025 Assault in the third degree. (1) A person is guilty of assault in the third degree when the actor: (a) Recklessly, with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, or intentionally causes or attempts to cause physical injury to: 1. A state, county, city, or federal peace officer;

Don't push protesters refusing to move down onto hard surfaces or try knock them off balance when they're not presenting a threat. Officers have been charged for that in other cities when they get hurt.

Arrest them for failing to disperse instead.

Black Lies Matter marched through Clarksville to honor the harmless innocent black man the police needlessly killed when that man pulled his pistol and fired at a trooper. He was on home incarceration and wanted for 3 different felony warrants at the time, but that's not important either. The trooper clearly should have allowed himself to be shot and killed to reconcile historical social injustices as a form of reparations.
