1 dead after LMPD officers, National Guard shot at while attempting to disperse crowd

Based on what I've read of the evidence and the story from the officer, there's no way an impartial jury will convict him of murder. There will always be a reasonable doubt that they thought they were being fired at when someone points an object appearing to be a gun, especially in the dark during a foot pursuit.

They better bring in the national guard for the end of the trial, regardless of whether he prevails in court or not. The mob has been trained to destroy upon command of the activists, politicians and media. They must have their pound of flesh out of the hides. It's got less to do with shootings that the failure of a large number of people to succeed in welfarian urban America. The welfare checks are a lot like heroin, keeping them angry and generally unsuccessful in life. Police have to deal with this failure to integrate these people or help them to be productive human beings. Democrats have done their best to keep them this way, because urban welfarians are suckers who fall for Democrat racebaiting and demagoguery every....single.....time
