I remember the last time homicide under Kessinger attempted to charge someone in that kind of situation after the self-defense laws were strengthened. The jury puked the case back in their faces with a not guilty verdict. A lot of the protesters don't know what the law is today and they get mad when they get shot or run over when they attack a car. Fear not. LMPD will always be there to do the paperwork for the insurance company or notify their families of their departure from this earth. Charles
