LMPD with National Guard backup use pepper balls to disperse a large crowd, and barbecue guy discharges a REAL HANDGUN with LIVE AMMO at the officers/NG. Barbecue guy's attorneys are trying to justify his use of lethal force against officers and NG, all because officers "shot first" with PEPPER BALLS....? They can't be serious???
