False. The overwhelming percentage of officers do their jobs without killing anyone without clear legal justification. There is a small percentage who rarely do kill people without justification and they get prosecuted.

While you have to comb the history books to find other examples of that, it's easy to find examples of black people murdering other black people every week in Louisville. BLM and their friends don't have anything at all to say about that because they're just about hating police not really saving anyone's life. If the protesters cared about lives, they'd be down in the west end trying to clear the gangs out of there so they don't murder any more people. They're either too scared or too friendly with the gangs to do so.
