Two more LMPD officers test positive for COVID-19, chief says

So now the mayor wants to use the federal virus-response money for "general expenditures." A better idea would be to actually use the federal funds to assist the thousands of people in Jefferson County who've been severely economically affected by COVID-19 and to get things moving again. Use the money for which it was intended, not to just throw into the Louisville Metro Government general budget.
