The mayor has made it difficult to be a cop in this town. He doesn't want us to aggressively enforce the law against known criminals in the worst parts of Louisville, yet he wants us to openly track and intimidate church-goers who have already stated that they'll remain inside their vehicles and follow all CDC guidelines.
