Kroger shooting: Suspect coming out of store fires at officers before they shoot him dead

People on the dept are contradictory for good reason. Many have worked for and served under good to great leadership. Many are veterans who served under great leadership, some leaders themselves so they see the constant failed leadership from the Mayor to the Chief and his staff. We all deserve better, none of us are getting it from the ones in charge now.
