So....the new governor is ending the requirement to do community service work etc...in exchange for free medical care for people who are able bodied enough to work. Says it cost too much for taxpayers???? Yet, taxpayers gonna have to pay anyway. Plus claims kentucky gets millions from the feds, isn't that taxpayer money??? What if the feds cut.off that money. No reason and not wrong to make the true lazy people perform community service work in exchange for government services, nor submit to drug
