Doesn't help when the morons continue to promote either. One sergeant for every three officers in some units is ridiculous and displays their incompetence at the top. Not to mention a waste of taxpayer money, but Fischer and Conrad don't care. heck they want the council to raise taxes. Why? So they can waste some more money.
