If people weren't convinced something was amiss before, then Hess going to work for Fischer should make it obvious the case needs to be reinvestigated by the incoming Attorney General. Beshear's people never lifted a finger to investigate the Explorer case. It's time someone in authority does or else deal with the fact that society thinks law enforcement is completely corrupt, including many in law enforcement.
