Louisville Metro Police reorganization leaves lingering questions amid chief's warning

Makes no sense. He wants to accomplish the manpower reallocations through attrition, when there is an immediate need for officers in patrol RIGHT NOW! Especially when the next recruit classes won't even start until next year. By the time the recruits actually finish all of their training and go solo, it will already be toward the end of 2020 and a few months into 2021.

Have to find it pathetic that this Mayor continues to blame the Metro council who for once voted against giving him a tax increase. He mismanaged the budget with things like paying convicted felons as interruptors. No oversight on that waste of money or our chief and his money mismanagement. Yet....he blames the council for his failures. Don't think for a second he did not know about his maligned administrations blowing of taxpayer money in the run up to his re-election. Plus with all his gimme programs the council knows a tax increase won't go to public safety. Maybe an outside audit is in order for the past 5 years.

This is what many Democrats demagogues think all blacks will believe about police. The weak applause at least shows not everybody is as stupid as Democrats assume they are.
