It's not that the west end wants their fair share. They won't eat the vanilla. They talk about that particular flavor being white privileged or something.

The west end probably gets MORE ice cream just because it is the west end. Just like everything else LMPD does, downtown and west end gets all the love while the rest of Louisville Metro gets neglected.
