Exactly why we are declining. Not a glimmer of legitimate policing ability in the whole lot. What a shame. We all know how weak the Chief is, and look at this staff. You are going to tell me or anyone Schroeder, Judah or Parks have a clue????? Much less the Majors. People are flat out quitting because of weak people posing in leadership jobs.
