There is a video on YouTube titled Seattle: The Utopian Lie. It describes to a tee what is also happening in Louisville right now. It even talks about Seattle police officers leaving in droves to go work for other departments, because of Seattle's crazy policies in dealing with crime, drugs, and homelessness. The Seattle city government has neutered its police department, just like what has happened here in Louisville, and now they are very short staffed. They're too dumb to understand why, and don't care enough to try and fix the problem.
