Man shot and killed by police in Parkland neighborhood

He was holding 2 people at gunpoint and beating them before he pointed his gun at the officers. I am sure the judges, prosecutors and correctional officials who let him go home early in the past all patted themselves on the back for their woke progressiveness. Monsters are rarely able to inflict death and pain without them helping like that.

This kind of ruins that nice made up excuse with the 2 cameras turned off in the jail thats had no successful suicide in 50 years. Never happened until a billionaire guy with a story to tell about our ruling class being a bunch of sick pedos shows up.

No wonder they let him walk 12 years ago. Its hard to find competent help these days.

Fact check: FALSE

Gun bans don't prevent mass murders. Ask the Holocaust Museum for details.

The 20 to 30 others who didn't die at Kroger can thank the senior citizen who fired his pistol at the shooter and scared him off.

Liberal logic isn't logic at all

PORTLAND, OR Portland police chief Danielle Outlaw, appearing somber and exhausted, said she just wishes there were some kind of group with the firepower and authority to fight back against Antifa. In a candid moment, Outlaw said there was just nothing the police could do, as they'd need to have some kind of organized, armed force specifically created to protect and serve the people.

"Like, what if we took money from everyone to fund a force that could then defend them in a time of need?" she pondered aloud. "They could have patrol cars, firearms, and attack dogs. Maybe even some tanks. That would be so frickin' rad. They could have a badge to show their authority. Then, when a rogue group like Antifa shows up to take over our city every weekend, they could be repelled using force if necessary."

"I know it sounds crazy, but a girl can dream, right?" she added wistfully. Sadly, there is no such force in Portland, so citizens have been forced to turn to an even crazier idea: taking responsibility for their own safety and well-being, and maybe even buying a gun to protect themselves.

So...The mayor wrote a letter asking to meet with the president while he was in town. Got told nope, why? Because the president didn't want to hear a cry baby who wants to blame everything and every failure he has created for this city on anyone but himself. Mayor thinks he is more important than he really is.

Fentanyl Is The Communist Chinese Secret Weapon To Bring Down America, 9/1/2019

Who could have guessed that the totalitarian state that has no problems imprisoning people for having a Bible is actually capable of stopping synthetic opiate smugglers? At least, if they wanted to and weren't actually the ones behind the trafficking.

The community needs to be protected from you and the Mayor Chief. You both are pathetic excuses that could care less about the community or the officers.

another federal lmpd lawsuit

September 6th, 2019 @ 3:47PM (5 years ago)

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A federal lawsuit claims a Louisville Metro Police officer wrongfully arrested a woman and falsely testified there was surveillance video showing she stole from her employer -- even though the evidence clearly showed she didn't.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court this week on behalf of Shayla Simpson, also claims Officer John Green forged documents and told Simpson he would drop the case if she paid him $2,000, an offer she refused.

In addition, Simpson, who is represented by attorney Bethanni Forbush-Moss, claims Green told her employer, a McDonald's in the 2900 block of Breckenridge Lane, to fire her and, with help from officials at Metro Corrections, wrongfully incarcerated her, despite knowing she was innocent.

The lawsuit names the city, Green, Chief Steve Conrad, former Metro Corrections Director Mark Bolton and three police officers as defendants.

Alicia Smiley, a spokeswoman for police, said there is an ongoing investigation into the case. She said the department does not comment on pending litigation.

Simpson was initially charged in a criminal case in Jefferson Circuit Court, but the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office requested it be dismissed. Forbush-Moss filed a motion in April telling Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Brian Edwards that Simpson was wrongfully accused and that surveillance video of the theft "clearly" showed another employee stole the money.

Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney Jeff Cooke said he would look into exactly why the case was dismissed and if there is a new defendant in the theft. The case was dismissed without Simpson acknowledging police had probable cause to arrest her. Prosecutors did not object.

In the federal lawsuit, Simpson claims she called police on August 15, 2018, when she learned the deposit from the night before was missing from the McDonald's where she worked.

According to the suit, Green was provided with the store footage of the office where the safe was located and asked Simpson to take a polygraph.
