Since last July, 15 recruits resigned, 50 officers resigned, 2 sergeants resigned, 31 officers retired, 11 sergeants retired, 8 lieutenants retired, 2 Majors retired and 1 Colonel retired.

Here's the part none of the Fischer people want to talk about: 538 officers left LMPD since 2015 and the department is 155 down from what it was in 2015.
That's an entire patrol division that's disappeared from the streets in 4 years time. Then Conrad and Fischer greatly aggravate that problem by making officers want to do as little as possible to stay out of their political crosshairs. Ouila, you have little Detroit.
