Citing budget cuts, LMPD will no longer provide crossing guards to some Louisville schools

If LMPD won't enforce the law, others eventually will when it's a Senator getting threats. The regular people have only themselves and possibly friends, family or neighbors to rely on.

The administration may not like it, but I've been doing my part to spread community policing by telling people to arm themselves and get firearms training. The concealed carry firearm is the first and last line of defense for most people if some meth head home invader, psycho, "religion of peace" terrorist, mask-wearing radical, or mass shooter decides to kill them. Now that there's no license requirement, there's no excuse to be unarmed.
