Citing budget cuts, LMPD will no longer provide crossing guards to some Louisville schools

That's exactly right. When a majority of the people showing up to vote are just voting to get their free sh-t, then the city is doomed. The people may care about how bad crime is, but they don't care enough to remove those who allowed it to happen from office. The Mayor, Chief, Judges, Commonwealth Attorney, and the County Attorney are all safe in knowing a majority of the voting population are mental midgets.

How many officers have we lost to smaller departments or just to resignation and left police work altogether?
