Citing budget cuts, LMPD will no longer provide crossing guards to some Louisville schools

Turned a dept and city into a nightmare and laughing stock. Will take and be a long while for someone to fix this mess. Sad to that the council has become even softer and fails to address the real problems. The voting populace gets what they deserve. Failed leadership plain and simple.
