Instead, we could earmark all of that money and buy a new DJ booth, a couple of ice cream trucks, host a few more citizen academies, host a karaoke rap event, put together a mascot unit to entertain kids, buy a mobile airbrush t-shirt station, and fund a coloring book library so folks could better express their feelings, etc,
