You are right! They need to better manage their money. It is ridicules the money they waste on stupid stuff. Paying buss drivers a bonus just to show up for work?? Are you kidding??? Bussing is another one. Look at how much money is wasted on bussing kids from one end of the county to the other and then back again. Only an Idiot would have difficulty figuring out where the problem is.
