Let me help you out there, Chief: Bad guys know that your police department is running around with limp ***** out on the streets. You let your department get soft. Stop handcuffing your own officers with terrible policies that try to appease the same end of town where all the problems are stemming from. Regular citizens now get to suffer due to your department not being able to handle crime anymore.

You've looked like an idiot for several years now. All of the good policeman are leaving your department. Violence is at its all time high in Louisville, and you have no options besides contradicting some of your **** policies in order to stop the bleeding.
