Louisville passes ordinance telling police not to prioritize marijuana possession

It isn't their fault they are killing each other for two reasons. First, the kids don't have any outlets or things to do now that the budget is so tight because of the pensions. Second, citizens have the nerve to have legally owned weapons and then allow for their cars to be stolen. Clearly these kids are not responsible for their behavior.

Nothing to do and readily available guns- let's go kill other random people.

That sounds like a good press conference idea to me.

Oh wait- they just did that one. Never mind... we will just need a peace/prayer walk. We wouldn't want to say that poor parenting, gangs, open air drugs, and weak policing are the cause. Hey look over here- marijuana is now decriminalized and we have soccer.
