You're assuming it would be a professional operation. It won't be. Fischer's got loads of volunteer boards all over Metro and it would be just another one. They would take the case files from LMPD, have their volunteer leftist activist attorney comb through them for any nits, and call witnesses before the board to testify. It will be a typical Metro clown car sh-tshow, but it won't cost much.
