New LMPD traffic stop policy seeks to improve 'perception of bias'

The "resilience" buzzword and the chief resilience officers came from the Rockefeller Foundation, who spent tens of millions before winding down their spending spree a few months ago. They came up with the idea of creating 100 Chief Resilience Officers in cities around the world.

The CRO position is like a "Green New Deal" advisor. They want cities to spend lots of money to save the environment. It's no coincidence that they're bankrolled and run by people from banks in line to arrange huge debt deals for those cities.
