New LMPD traffic stop policy seeks to improve 'perception of bias'

If the state would have put the money into the pension that agencies were paying in for the pension, it would not be an issue now.. They did not do that and it went on way before your "Task force." I believe it started under Ernie Fletcher. These law makers always screw around with everyone else's pensions but always manage to keep their pensions in good shape. Put them into the same pension system as everyone else and they will fix it really fast.
