There was a time, not long ago when the brotherhood of the blue line did mean something. Before merger. There was not a finer agency in the country than LPD. All of the leadership that came out of that one single agency with names like Hicks, Sherrard, Hamilton, Cain, Aubrey Laytham and many many more.. It did mean something.

Not anymore.. Armstrong, Abramson and Fischer has made that impossible...
