New LMPD traffic stop policy seeks to improve 'perception of bias'

Cities like Baltimore turn into that because of the people living there. They're too blinded by Democrat racebaiting talk and hatred of police to care about their neighbors being murdered and robbed. It only takes a few self-appointed community spokes-activists to rile them up into a racial fervor everytime there's a use of force incident.
