New LMPD traffic stop policy seeks to improve 'perception of bias'

It appears that everyone forgets that Conrad can only do what the mayor allows him to do. The problem is not Conrad. At the most, Conrad has spent the majority of his time insulating the mayor from his own poor decisions. It is sad all of the tax payer money that has been wasted on stupid stuff. Bike lanes and hiring these "Disruptors" is just a drop in the bucket. One with any common sense can only ask.. WTF?

Who in their right mind could possibly think that hiring convicted felons to solve crime problems is a good idea? There is a reason they are convicted felons.
