The main reason she's not in prison is because Metro shares blame for failure to block her from carrying equipment she was never trained for. That includes COs at her division. Training does a **** poor job of training recruits for the street. What you people do is firearms box checking not firearms training. They should replace the training unit with people from other departments who know WTF they're doing.
