Louisville officer who shot man was to be fired, now being suspended

Cuck Oriented Policing has turn most officers into social workers or campaign staff who barely know how to do anything but paperwork. People who aren't using force on a regular basis usually make the most severe mistakes. They were trained by people in the same boat, including people who ran to the Training unit or became PTOs before they had enough experience to actually justify taking that position. The blind lead the blind.

Being the real police means sometimes taking risks. You may have to lower your weapon to aim the taser at the guy with the knife while the others cover you. You may even have to lay hands on a guy who could get a couple good punches in before the cuffs go on.

It's not a job for the timid or the weak. The problem today is many go straight up the ranks thinking scared weaklings who can't police make good police, since they're a scared weakling who can't police. Until departments hire more people with old fashioned "balls" and promote them, and they order police to actually police so people get real experience, preventable bad shootings and police assaults will continue to increase in numbers.
