Old Cardinal Stadium reopens for LMPD sniper training

It's about crime when it's a nobody is doing it or when it's somebody the powerful dislike.

Those the powerful like only go to prison years after they should have, if they ever do. The "justice" system is corrupted and not fooling many anymore except rookies and koolaid drinkers in offices.
