Caped Chris Crusader, so let me get this straight. Since the young lady died in the crash and, hence, no FSTs were performed to determine if she was impaired or not, then she is presumed to have been 100% able to operate a motor vehicle? How dumb are you? Try doing a google search on "female blood alcohol level impairment" and see if you can't educate yourself. I got just one for you:
