Caped Chris Crusader, interesting how you continually ignore one major FACT regarding the James Adams crash. The young lady who was unfortunately killed was INTOXICATED. She had a blood alcohol level over the legal limit for the state of KY. Just answer one question. Does she have any culpability for the accident at all? Obviously you think not. I have never seen a post where you "condemn" her for driving drunk.

Fortunately the law does not agree with you I have stated that Adam's speed was definitely a contributing factor, but her driving while drunk contributed more.
