It's true that usage has declined as the old officers retired and the new ones decided to do all their sh-tposting on commercial sites that PSU checks regularly. I'm always amazed of how people say things on there and get in trouble, rather than learn from the mistakes of others. There's nothing a fattened up house mouse would rather do than sit in the office and get paid to browse the web as if it's police work like they do. They need a few scalps to prove their worth. Those scalps mostly belong to careless people making off-color jokes. They leave the serious violators alone, since they're in with the administration usually.

Message boards will always be better than Facebook and Twitter for officers wanting to speak their minds with retaliation. Ask Harper and the others who've been harassed into leaving.
