I agree. But the thing is, 99.9% of police officers here are good hard working people. Every profession, ours and his, has bad eggs. Personally, I hope the officers who are proven guilty in a court of law and not a court of public opinion, get what's coming to them. Just because the legal process or departmental investigation doesn't come up with the conclusion that Chris Murphy thinks is right, then in his eyes the system is rigged against him. Talk about paranoia. That's just one of Chris Murphy's numerous personality afflictions.

When I say you're all the same, it's because not a single one of you will come forward, and out your name out and publicly denounce pieces of **** like James Adams or Chris baker. Not a single one of you will publicly call for charges to have been brought, and for them to have served jail time for the crimes they have committed.

When I'm proven wrong, I'll admit it, but until then, the "99% are good" argument is ********. When such a small (1%) segment remains unafraid to commit crimes hiding behind their badge, it's because they have no fear of repercussions.

I did face to face with your assistant chief, and he flatly refused to say that cops who commit felonies shouldn't be cops.

So you '99%ers' can stop pretending to be so righteous, until you start actually do something to separate yourselves.

Why is it that not a single one of you can denounce cos committing crimes?

If being righteous is so important to that badge, why do you help other cops hide behind it?

And lmpd hasn't become a target because of the mayor, it's because of lmpd itself.
