I forgot one of the most important points! Why do Christians sometimes act as if they KNOW God exists instead of just believing God exists? This answer is in the Bible as well. Jesus promised to send the "comforter" aka the Holy Spirit to dwell within believers after he ascended into Heaven. With that, we believers have the in dwelling Holy Spirit that bears witness to Christ. The short answer is that to the believer the existence of God is self evident because we have a close personal relationship with God. No to sound lame but you too can experience God's grace and self evidence.
