Criminals go where the money, loot and addict customers live. They see the east and south end as prime territory. Theres a lot of cheap or subsidized places to live outside the "ghetto" now. The old days of there being only a few higher crime areas, which really werent even bad compared to today, are ending if not over now. The home invasions and shhotings have made their way to the $200,000 house neighborhoods. In a few years, if the pattern continues, it will be in the million dollar house neighborhoods
